That marriage to ALVIRA SIRE was on July 29, 1891. The other marriage was to Aline HEBMANN who was born in France on July 26, 1874. She was married to George W.. BUISSON on October 6, 1890 in the City of Philadelphia. She was 17 years old and needed her sister (guardian) Camille HEBMANN who resided in Andalusia, PA permission. My grandfather George W. BUISSON occupation on both marriage certificates (on film at Philadelphia Archives) was listed as "Fencing Master". I'm looking for information on my grandfather and his wifes as well as my father's information. I can not find death, divorse, etc. information. My father, George W. BUISSON, Marion BUISSON, and Dagmar BUISSON. My father later (unsure if it was a legal marriage) was with Mildren Elizabeth LOFTHOUSE and they had two children, Rosalie Shelda BUISSON and Linda Joyce BUISSON. Both daughters were born in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Any information would be helpful.

BAILEY, CRABB posted by George H. Stevens on Thursday, July 15, 1999

Seeking records to document the marriage, reportedly in Philadelphia, PA, probably ca. 1765-85, of Edward Ralph CRABB and Rachel BALL BAILEY. This couple had family roots down in the Northern Neck of Virginia (Lancaster, Middlesex, and Westmoreland Counties). CRABB also had family ties in Maryland. Rachel BALL was reportedly a first cousin of Mary BALL, mother of Geroge WASHINGTON. Rachel BALL first married a Mr. BAILEY, who died, whereupon she became the Widow Bailey. Rachel BALL BAILEY subsequently married Edward Ralph CRABB. Edward Ralph CRABB was a neighbor and associate (possibly indentured to) Lord Thomas Fairfax (6th Baron Fairfax-Cameron), wealthy landed British Peer who lived in VA and was a friend of G. Washington. Have no idea why this Virginia couple travelled so far, to Philadelphia PA, to be married, and am seeking hard evidence: date, place, name of church, other details. After ca. 1800-04 this family moved on to Fayette County, Ohio. These were my GGGG Grandparents. Will appreciate advice on how to obtain records of this 18th C. Philadelphia marriage. Sincerely,

KEPPEL, KIPLE, KOPPEL, KYPLE posted by Sandy Bressler on Thursday, July 15, 1999

I have data from I.D.Rupp book of German Passengers that 2 Jacob Keppels landed in Philadelphia in 1749 and 1764 and this would back up a recent Will we found confirming a death for Jacob Kyple in 1797. Now I need to narrow down any other family that would have been in that area with a name close to these spellings. We have ruled out the lineage spelled Kipple, but please contact me if it's anything else close. Thank you,
