Cherbourg, FRANCE, Nov 19 -- Patrick J Fitzsimmons, the sailor from the
Battleship Louisiana, who was stabbed during the fight last night
between white and colored bluejackets from the American Fleet, died this
afternoon. Benjamin PRIM, from the Kansas, who was also wounded, is
improving.

FRAZIER, BERTRAM
G. - Special to The New York Times - PHILADELPHIA, July 2 -- Bertram G.
Frazier, former state senator and a member of the Philadelphia Bar since
1899, died yesterday at his apartment in School Lane House, Germantown.
He was 85 years old. Mr. Frazier was elected to the Pennsylvania Senate
from West Philadelphia and served from 1926 to 1934 and from 1946 to
1950. He was president of the West Philadelphia Republican Club from
1927 until last year. He played on the varsity baseball team at
the University of Pennsylvania for three years before he was graduated
from the law school there in 1899. Surviving are his widow, the
former Lotta Eagan; a son, B. Graeme Frazier Jr.; a daughter, Mrs.
Robert R. Cookman; five grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

DIED, in York County, Pennsylvania, at the residence of her son, N. J.
Fulton, Mrs. FULTON, aged about 100 years. This aged matron was born in
Montgomery county. After her marriage she lived some time in
Philadelphia, where her husband was extensively engaged in mercantile
affairs, from thence she and her husband retired to York county, where
she died.
